One shipping method? Checkout stops asking
When only one shared shipping method is on — even at price 0 — checkout hides the picker.
A checkout should not ask the shopper to pick from one option. When the store has only one shared shipping method, the picker stays hidden.
That includes a method whose price is 0. Free shipping is still one method. The shopper is not shown a fake choice.
The behavior is already active when a single shared method is on. There is no extra settings label to hunt for. Use Settings / shipping only to confirm how many methods are on.
