Give returning customers a reason to return again.

Control how often eligible customers can use a cart discount or buy-one-get-one offer.

Some offers are meant for a first purchase. Others are worth repeating. New per-customer usage settings make that distinction more explicit for supported cart and buy-one-get-one promotions.

01

Set a repeat window

Alongside a customer usage limit, the promotion settings offer intervals such as every two weeks, every 30 days, quarterly, half-yearly, yearly or each calendar month. You can also keep the offer one-time.

02

Keep the conditions clear

Customer-based limits depend on the promotion’s customer eligibility settings. Check the logged-in requirement, usage count, dates and qualifying items together before you enable an offer.

03

Test the offer you intend

Review both an eligible and an ineligible cart. These settings control how an existing promotion can be used; they do not automatically publish a campaign or send a message to customers.
